1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

PetMatchPark.com provides a collection of online resources, including ads/profiles, forums, and other services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOS"). By using the Service and/or visiting this website you acknowledge that you understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving PetMatchPark.com Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. Account

You are responsible for canceling your subscription other wise you will continues to be billed regardless of account active. PetMatchPark.com reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time for any reason and you agree that the PetMatchPark.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your or any one else access to the PetMatchPark.com being denied.

5.  NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify PetMatchPark.com's agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Agent"), at support@petmatchpark.com
